This model is equipped with a 400×300×300 mm chamber (customizable upon request), utilizing MoSi2heating elements to ensure rapid and uniform heat distribution. The furnace incorporates a sophisticated PID programmable temperature control system with 30-50 segment settings for accurate thermal management. It supports a heating rate of 0-10°C/min with ±1°C precision, ensuring optimal process repeatability and product quality.
