Product Overview:
The KS-PCB-LSM200-C is primarily designed for the Z-fold stacking assembly of positive electrodes, negative electrodes, and separators in lithium-ion battery cells.
This equipment achieves manual material loading, followed by automatic electrode position correction and fully automated stacking.
It features high stacking efficiency and excellent stacking precision.
The machine is designed to accommodate maximum electrode sizes of up to 200mm × 200mm. Different sizes can be adapted by adjusting the fixture, making it particularly suitable for lithium-ion battery R&D and sample production.
The KS-PCB-LSM200-C adopts a single cantilever structure, with automatic constant tension control for separator roll material and automatic web guiding correction.
