Description: The KS-CDB-APM180 is a precision automatic die cutting machine designed for the processing of positive and negative electrode sheets in lithium-ion pouch cell manufacturing. This equipment is capable of continuously die cutting single or multiple sheets from rolled electrode materials. It can accommodate various customized die shapes based on customer requirements to produce electrode sheets of different sizes and configurations.
The machine uses a high-strength frame structure combined with upper and lower precision pressing plates and high-performance cutting dies, ensuring excellent cutting quality with minimal burr and dust generation. Its pneumatic driving system offers adjustable cutting pressure and speed, providing flexibility to meet a wide range of production needs.
