The KS-AJM-50 Jet Mill, also known as an airflow pulverizer or micronizer, is a state-of-the-art ultra-fine grinding machine developed by Luoyang Kunsheng Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. Designed for precision particle size reduction, this model is capable of producing ultra-fine powders ranging from 1 to 45 microns, making it ideal for applications across pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ceramics, minerals, metallurgy, and food industries.
The working principle of the KS-AJM-50 involves the use of high-pressure compressed air or inert gas, injected through specially designed nozzles to create a high-velocity airflow within the grinding chamber. Raw materials are introduced into this chamber where they collide at high speed, resulting in particle-to-particle impact that micronizes the material without generating excessive heat-perfect for temperature-sensitive or reactive substances.
