250g Small Vacuum Suspension Melting Equipment Principle
Small vacuum suspension melting equipment uses high-frequency or medium-frequency alternating magnetic fields to form electromagnetic forces that offset gravity during metal smelting, so that the melt is suspended and separated from the inner wall of the crucible. This method is a comprehensive metallurgical technology that integrates multiple disciplines such as electromagnetism, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechanics, physical chemistry and metallurgy.

Metal materials are melted under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions, and electromagnetic force is used to semi-suspend the furnace charge, and the molten pool and the crucible wall remain non-contact, so that the furnace charge is not contaminated by the crucible material. Small vacuum suspension melting equipment can be effectively used for the smelting of active metals, high melting point metals and their alloys. It is equipped with a vacuum pump system to extract oxygen from the furnace before heating. In order to ensure the lowest possible oxygen content, there is a pure atmosphere or vacuum environment in the furnace; the maximum temperature under the atmosphere is 2200 degrees Celsius.
